What can I expect from Podshop?

Here at PODSHOP, we pride ourselves with a professional but relaxed working ethos. Our team are happy to help with any challenge big or small, even if it’s not something we directly supply. Please, just ask! We’re an open book.

What’s our philosophy and company values?

Simple, it’s strapped across the top of our home page. You do the talking. We’ll do the rest.

Where are your main team based?

Our office and main team are based in London, UK. None of our services outsourced and we like to keep everything in-house. If we can’t help with your enquiry, we have a list of trusted partners we work very closely with.

Will I have one dedicated person dealing with my request?

Indeed you will. Once your enquiry comes through, your request will be assigned to the professional best suited to your needs and that will be it.

Do you except roll-overs or refunds?

Here at PODSHOP, we understand situations change. We are more than happy to rollover payments if you miss an episode, and we can refund you if you decide to change the layout of your series.After an edited podcast by PODSHOP has been downloaded by you, there isn’t as option for a refund.

I can’t seem to find the service I’m looking for?

We pride ourselves at being professionals in all things podcasting, and we like to keep it that way. But if there is another services you are after we are more than happy to advise you and introduce you to one of our trusted partners if we can’t help you.

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal. All of our services are raised as a pro forma invoice, which require immediate payment via a bank transfer of receipt of the invoice.

My podcast still has umm's, err's and some fill words, why?

Some fill words are actually attached to other words, so completely removing this elements can be tricky. You can end up with some harsh stops, which actually sounds worse than leaving a few in here and there. Removing these could also interrupt the flow of a podcast.

Can you complete a weekend or 24-hour turnaround?

Of course, but it does come at an additional cost. We usually only work Monday to Friday, but we'll try and accommodate the best that we can.

Can you complete work for people outside of the UK?

Of course! We've got clients scattered all across the globe that we love working with. Please do remember that you need to take the time difference in consideration, and all of our lead times are based on GMT.
